भारतीय क्रिकेटर दिनेश कार्तिक पछिल्लो समय आफ्नो कमेन्ट्रिको कारण चर्चामा रहेका छन्। भारत र न्युजिल्यान्ड बीच वर्ल्ड टेस्ट च्याम्पियनसिपको फाइनलबाट कमेन्ट्रि सुरुवात गरेका कार्तिकको कामको तारिफ गरिएको थियो। लगत्तै कार्तिक इंग्ल्यान्ड र श्रीलंका बीच इंग्ल्यान्डमा जारी सिरिजमा पनि कमेन्ट्रि गरिरहेका छन्। शुक्रबार राति सम्पन्न दुई देश बीचको दोश्रो एकदिवसीय दौरान कार्तिकले कमेन्ट्रिको दौरान भनेको कुरा यति बेला क्रिकेट फ्यानहरु बीच चर्चाको विषय बनेको छ।
खेलको दौरान कार्तिकले कमेन्ट्रि गर्ने क्रममा ब्याट्सम्यानहरुलाई आफ्नो ब्याट भन्दा अरु ब्याट्सम्यानको ब्याट बढी मन पर्ने प्रसंग निकालेका थिए। त्यसपछि उनले क्रिकेट ब्याट छिमेकीको श्रीमती जस्तो भएको बताए- “ब्याट छिमेकीको श्रीमती जस्तै हो, सधै राम्रो लाग्छ।” कार्तिकले बोलेको उक्त कुरा सामाजिक संजालमा भाइरल बनिरहेको छ जसमा उनले बोलेको कुरा स्पस्ट सुनिन्छ।

Humor and opinions are subjective. I felt Dinesh Karthik’s comments are in poor taste. But since he built this image of most knowledgeable and likeable commentator with stylish outfits, I feel he’ll get away easily. Anyone else would’ve found themselves in trouble.
