Nepali Rhinos composed of 8 members of the Nepal national side will take on MSM England today in the opening match of 2X Cricket US Cup 2016. Cricket 2X is a unique T20 tournament where matches are played combining features of both Test and T20 Cricket. Each team will play two innings of 10 over each and rules such as follow on also applies.
The eight team event is being held in Houstan Texas from November 9 to November 13. Two groups of 4 team is will feature in league matches with top 2 teams from each group qualifying for the semi final. The winner of the tournament bags 62,000 USD.

The tournament will feature some of the former Pakistan players like Abdul Razzak, Kamran Akmal, Saheed Ajmal, Ashad Ali, Fawad Khan, Rana Naved-ul-Hasan. Fomer National players currently resideing in USA – Bardan Chalise, Sagar Pant, Bantu Bataju are also in Nepalese Rhino Squad.
